Customer Service, Contracting

Job Description

  • Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts
  • Follow up with clients on the application of payment terms
  • Communicate with customers for collection purposes
  • Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate
  • Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation
  • Provide contract-related issue resolution,
  • Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Work closely with sales department and finance department
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Present regular status reports for contracted customers

Job Qualifications

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in working with customer contracting service.
  • Bachelor of Arts
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure when dealing with customers
  • Experience working with customer support.
